Cancel automatic renewal
I already communicated to stop automatic renewal. But still u did..i want refund and renewal in april

GoToMeeting customers that created their account online can cancel their subscription online at any time by disabling the auto-renew setting in their account. If you need to contact GoToMeeting support there is a Call Support link at the bottom of every support article, clicking this will give you access to our toll-free numbers. Since your account has already been renewed you will need to contact support.
We have paid subscription GoToMeeting plan, which got auto renewed three month back unknowingly.
Need to know what is the process to apply for plan cancellation and payment refund?
Moreover, I'm locate in Taiwan, which phone number can I call?

I see that our support team has already resolved this issue for you. Most GoToMeeting customers can cancel their plan online at any time and their account will expire at the end of their current plan period.
Sorry to jump on this thread but I can't find out where else to ask. I want to cancel my automatic renewal and the three dots at the top right don't do anything and won't open the options to cancel. Can you help?
ElizabethHutch Are you able to test in an alternate browser to get to your billing section online? If not, you can call into Customer Support for assistance by clicking the 'Contact' link on the referenced support site.
