I have a problem of understanding about the recordings. Sometimes the shot is framed by a black border, and sometimes not.
What is the reason for this?
Is it possible to turn this off, or make certain settings so that this does not happen?
Because the transferred screen is not readable in this way, which is very bad.
Thanks for your help!

@Annkatrin I believe this only occurs when recordings are stored locally. If you switch to the cloud the display size should adjust fluidly.
@Annkatrin Are all of your meetings hosted / presented from the same computer?
Was this a local or cloud recording when you hosted the broadcast?
Can you also specify what display settings you use there?

No, I use GoToMeeting with customers and work colleagues to discuss problems. Each participant can share and share their own screen.

I save the recording locally.

Do you mean the typical display resolution, or do you need other information here?
Display resolution: 1920*1080

Thanks for your help! I will try that out.
But I have one more question: how can I enable the cloud?
The recordings should, I imagine, be displayed with the chronicle, right?
Just wanted to add that saving recordings to the cloud works wonderfully! It solves my problems completely!
Great! Thanks for reporting your experience @Annkatrin .
