I am using a meeting room that I use twice a week, today, when I tried to record it says "the recording is disabled for this session". I can't find anywhere a button to enable/disable recording. Where can I enable it again?? Thanks,
I was able to locate your support ticket and look up the meeting ID. This meeting is being hosted under a GoToMeeting Free license, did you record these meetings in the past or was this your first time trying to?
