Trouble with GoTo virtual backgrounds
I am fairly new to GoTo, since several years ago, and I'm having trouble getting the virtual backgrounds to work well. It shows alot of fuzziness around my head & it's quite distracting. Any solutions to make this better? Otherwise I can only use blur & only on the lightest setting or no background at all, which is not ideal. Thoughts......
A green screen or uniform background color will definitely help if you have one available as there will be a more defined contrast between you and the background.

Hi roxy2053, welcome to the community.
We have made some improvements to this feature since it was first added, and there will be more in the future. Good lighting can make a difference to how well it works, both on your face and the background behind you so there is a more noticeable contrast for the feature to work with.
