This message is usually related to local firewall / security settings.
Please share this guide with your GoTo participant: https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/how-do-i-configure-gotomeeting-to-work-with-firewalls-g2m090002
Then after confirming those allowances are in place, they can test their system here: https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/join-a-test-session-g2m050001

Thank you for the information.
The user is the only person in the enterprise that is having this issue and all firewall settings are controlled by Group Policy. Our security vendor is Cybereason.
I will review the links and let you know.
