poor video quality help
I am having trouble with poor video quality in my meetings. Its a new PC and is on LAN (500d/500up) but still drops lots of frames/reduced video quality/pixelated. Wondering if there is any troubleshooting steps for this or something I can check.

If you're not losing packets of data through your local area network, you can try this Connection Wizard to see if a better path can be obtained from the PC itself: https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/install-and-run-the-connection-wizard-windows
