Dual Monitors - Hit dual monitor and one monitor gets huge/split on 2 screens

This happens randomly. I have dual monitors at host computer and dual monitors at remote computer. When I log in and hit dual monitors, sometimes my two monitors come up perfect without issue. Other times when I hit dual monitors, I get one monitor screen split over two monitors. The icons are huge and you can't use either screen. Any ideas on why this happens and how to fix it?

Let's see if we can figure this out. Can you start by telling me what operating system you are using?

Is this something you've only started noticing recently, or has it happened before? I'm wondering if it might be related to any recent updates your machine has undergone.

Also, would it be possible for you to share a screenshot of the issue?
