I have been running the Activity Detail report for our companies users for years and was always able to download it to Excel and then all the time they were logged into GOTOMYPC. However, the past 2 months the format of the time on the report has changed. With this new format I can no longer total their use.
Eg:
"00:30:00" would indicate 30 minutes
not it shows on the report as " : :30:00" (spaces are there now instead of zeros) Excel does not recognize this as a number, and formatting the cell will not change it.
I get the same results for all 3 options for download.
