Has anyone experienced clients receiving incorrect webinar times? For example, we had a client reach out saying 9MST/8 PST/10AM CST, when it is schedule in our GoToTraining Application for 11AM CST. So it was an hour off in the reminder email that as sent an hour before the session. See the screenshots below. Any suggestions on how to remedy this situation?

From looking at your screenshot the training was scheduled for 11:00 am CDT which would be 9:00 am MST https://24timezones.com/difference/cdt/mst
Hello. Thank you for the response! 9AM MST is 10AM CST. See below. This would make the time sent in the email to our registrants incorrect.
