Purpose: This maintenance is to ensure and maintain system performance and stability.
Duration: All maintenance will be performed within the 6-hour maintenance window.
What to expect: At some point during the maintenance window, users may not be able to start or join GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, and GoToTraining sessions for a period of 2 hours. In-flight sessions will remain unaffected.
OpenVoice conference calls will continue to operate, however, Web Controls will be unavailable.
Additionally, our product websites will be unavailable as well.
To avoid impact to your service, we recommend you schedule GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, and GoToTraining sessions for a time outside the planned testing windows and move any scheduled sessions outside of the testing windows as well.
