Put Your Speakers in the Spotlight đ
Weâre excited to announce a major upgrade to the Presenter Overlay âKnown as Spotlight â across all customers of GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, and GoToTraining! Presenters can now spotlight any participantâs camera on top of their presentation, driving engagement and helping everyone focus on the key speaker. ⨠How Does It Work? Spotlight a Presenter Toggle the âSpotlight my cameraâ option in the camera context menu or âSpotlight meâ on the presenter camera feed to add a presenter from Spotlight. Remove presenter camera from Spotlight using the same menu options. Presenters who stop sharing their screen or camera are automatically removed from Spotlight. Spotlight Another Speaker In the camera grid or people panel, select a participantâs name and choose âSpotlight as Speakerâ from the context menu. After confirming your selection, their video feed will be prominently spotlighted for all attendees. Note: This option is only available if the participant is currently sharing their camera. We are very excited to announce that we are adding new search and sort capabilities in the GTT Materials library page so organizers can easily navigate to required materials. Additionally, we are also releasing a new Materials service in GoTo Training. This new service will help manage all materials in GoTo Training. What's New? Organizers now can do a text search by Material Title or url (for links) to access required materials. Organizers can sort the list by the below 2 options Title Upload date/time For more information see: How do I create and Manage materials? Coming Soon! In the coming few weeks we will also add filters which will further enhance capabilities to navigate and access required materials. Filter by "date-range" (materials uploaded in a particular time-period) Filter by "uploaded by" (who uploaded the material)
