New to Go to Webinar - What Does the Audience See and What Gets Recorded?
Hi there, we are preparing to launch our first series of webinars next month, and I have a couple questions:
1. Can the audience control what they see in terms of webcams? I assume it is similar to Go to Meeting where each participant can adjust whether they want to see webcams and can adjust the configuration in a couple ways.
2. Do the webcams get recorded as well, or is it just the shared screen?
Thanks!
Yes, the audience control over webcams in GoToWebinar is similar to GoToMeeting.
Webcams can be captured in the recording if you record to the GoTo Cloud. Recordings made on your computer do not contain the webcams.
There is a global setting on the Dashboard to allow recordings to capture the webcams.
