Few months ago we had a subscription for a month, and we did a couple of webinars at the time. Our subscription ended and it seems that we didn't download a copy of our recorded webinars. Now when I try to access GTW dashboard (using our previous account) I can't because there is no current subscription. We have a valid subscription now but its on a different email address/account.
So, what can we do to be able to download the recordings from the previous account?

I apologize, we don't have direct access to customers accounts themselves, to see reports or download any recordings. When an Organizer account lapses it is no longer available, but remains in place in the event of reactivation. Setting up a new subscription is the only way you would be able to activate the organizer account with the stored recordings.
