Unable to share webcam
I want to use virtual camera in Gotowebinar, let virtual camera work with Vividcast, but when I turn on the virtual camera, it gives error message and doesn't let me use. I need help with this probl...

I go to computer settings\camera, in it I turned off any software that might have access to the camera.
After restarting my computer, I opened Gotowebinar again, start the virtual camera but he still shows the error.
I did not open any other software and camera.
I used to use GTM+TL5 for meetings and it worked well
I select virtual camera as output in TL5, then go to GTM to start virtual camera, this is the perfect way.
In the same environment and hardware, why can't I use GTW+TL5 now? it keeps telling me to initialize.
