recording report - start & end time not recorded in report

Hello,

 

Is it possible to obtain the start and end time of a user watching a recording? Right now the report only offers the registration date and time.

@Magda3   We do know many organizations want to use Online Recording to certify attendees after completion.  At this time we do not have any way to track the viewing time span of GoToWebinar recordings by Attendees, though we are still working to improve the functionality with GoToWebinar Channel recordings.  This enhancement may be implemented at a later date.

Add a "me too" on this. It's doubly frustrating because your full "generate reports" interface allows you to use the "manage columns" link to add columns on length, view duration, and source... None of which actually appear in the generated report. Your help page is also out of date and lists steps for generating a report under the old interface.
