Verification code not received via e-mail

After getting new computer I am unable to log into hamachi for the past 3 days. After providing user name and password I keep getting stuck on verification code that is not sent. Neither to spam nor junk folders At first I have assumed that it might be server slowdown and eventually it will come but after 3 days it seems its another issue. Had to create new account just to post this, but eventually I'd love to get access to my networks back.

@rhaukooo are you certain the password entered is correct? If the password wasn't entered incorrectly, the verification code won't be sent. 

 

If it's still not received you can reach out to customer support who can check and see why the code isn't being received.
