Hello, and thanks for taking a look at my issue.
In my Antivirus software column, i see a lot of "Multiple" instances. Logmein AV appears to be running correctly on these computers. So why is it still saying Multiple?
@Hulkbuster I believe this can happen if you are running older versions on some computers, but not all. Can you check the versions running there to confirm?

We are running the latest version of client and av on all clients that are seeing this issue.
@Hulkbuster I have not seen this issue when all PCs are up to the latest antivirus version. Have you rebooted any of the affected machines to see if it clears the messaging up?
