I seem to be unable to reduce my subscription from 100 to 50. I am reducing my practice and growing close to retirement and no longer need 100 computers. I tried calling sales and was on hold for 15 minutes. I tried using the Pricing objection, but it would only allow for increasing my subscription. Please help.
