IP Address Lockout

Hi

Is there a way in the LogMeIn Central Control panel online to setup/adjust the IP Address lockout duration for connecting clients when they mess up?

In my case users keep forgetting to change the Domain they log into and therefore end up getting locked out.

In order to get them back in we (IT) have to log into their remote PC's and unlock this on the PC itself.

I felt there was/is a 30 minute time frame?
