LMI AV Installation Error

Hi !

 

I am unable to instal LMI AV on several PCs running Windows 10 1909.

The error message in LMI Central is :

 

Unable to retrieve LogMeIn Antivirus

Error message:Failed to download LogMeIn AV package.
 
Some tips to achieve the install ?

    I was getting this error when trying to install the AV on the same computer I had the web GUI open.

     

    Not sure if that was the issue but that's the only thing I tried differently. Try login to logmein.com from a different computer and try again.
