Logmein Catalina update administrator

Hello

I recently updated a users mac via logmein to OSX Catalina and after the computer rebooted its asking to start the install of logmein again.  When i remote into the computer i can only see the background image and the top toolbar but when i click on something nothing happens.  This user doesnt have admin access and i'd rather not give them admin username and pass to install logmein again.  Is there any way around this?
