I've ben using LMI for a while now but since I've installed IDrive (a cloud backup program) on a few other pc's LMI can go offline for some reason. I've done LMI updates and such but IDrive and LMI get's in each other's way. Anyone else have this issue.

I haven't heard of any other reports where cloud storage connections would interfere with Central operations. Have you reached out to their support group for any answers by chance?
Are you using the LogMeIn Antivirus product. I have heard of BitDefender not playing nice with some backup prodcuts. I am wondering if that is somehow involed.
Not sure if this is helpful, but it is worth a consideration.
