Hi, everyone,
We have a user who can see his printers listed in the Options > Remote Printing list, but they are unavailable when he tries to print something from an application (Adobe, Word, etc.). I verified that there is a check mark next to the printer so it is selecte properly, but still nothing. I'm able to see the printers when I login to my PC, but he's not able to see them when he logs into his. Am I missing something? A permission somewhere?

@alliance1 @smitdog Did you create custom GoToMyPC printer versions using the Client's printer driver on the Host computer?
