Upgrade package

We paid for it until April. If we now upgrade the package in July, then the final payment date, also remains in April or is already moving on the date of the upgrade?

    I believe a pro-rated credit would be a applied and a new 12 month contract would begin with the new package. I've reached out to your account manager.
