The host computer windows asks for a PIN number when the client logs in but when I try to log into the host computer from log me in it asks for a windows password which she doesn't know but has the PIN, is there a way around the password and using the PIN?

Robins  Have you considered re-installing the endpoint on the problem PC?

  • I'm in the same situation. The user name and password are programmed on the computer but the last user changed pressed the "sign in with pin code" option and now I'm locked out......

    Any other advice??

    Thanks!

The only time I have see a PIN available is when the Windows account does not have a password set. LMI then forces you to create a PIN as a security measure. I don't know of any way to "force" a PIN, but I would suggest your client set a password for their Windows account if they don't have one.

    Cheers!
