logmein not installed, but preventing restart

Hi, there.  Been trying to figure this out for a while.  When I restart, sometimes windows reports the logmein is preventing a restart.  Telling Windows to restart anyway solves the problem - BUT - I don't have logmein installed.  Have scanned for viruses with several products.  Is logmein used by other programs?

    EJK2  Sometimes there may be a reference to 'LogMeIn' with other services like GoToAssist, Rescue, and GoToMyPC.  If you're still experiencing issues, feel free to call into Support for assistance.
