Hub and Spoke network: ping timeout

Hello,

I have a hub and spoke network and inside the LogMeIn Hamachi dialog I see the connected PCs with green light marked.

When I try to ping the hub I get a timeout error.

 

I use Kaspersky and entered Hamachi as trusted, I disabled Kaspersky but the timeout error stays.

In the router (fritz box) I entered the ports 5535 for UDP and 5536 for TCP but not success.

 

Some weeks ago all was working fine, (w/o the new settinmgs mentioned above) but suddenly the error occured. I didn't change the environment of the PCs thus I suppose that any update (Windows, Kaspersky or Hamachi) is responsible for the wrong behaviour.

 

Does anybody has an idea what I can do?
