Hi, it was in the settings and to be honest I had to call in to them again and they did a remote session with me but it resolved the problem.  I pretty much have stopped using LogMeIn due to the absurb cost.  I will not renew it next year is my guess.

I have switched to AnyDesk works better is faster and far less expensive and no issues with Cap Lock
