We have high speed internet at both the host and the remote computer but have been having serious connection issues where the connection is locked for 30 seconds or more before the session resumes. How can we figure out where the problem is? How do we know if it's the remote or the host ISP?
@TPW2205 To determine the source of the slow-down, I suggest testing your client connection through a different network all together. Or, if you're on WiFi at the client side, try a direct LAN connection instead.
