I am doing the trial for Logmein Pro.  After repeated attempts, I cannot establish a test connection between my desktop PC and my Mac laptop.  It accepts the SSL but spins on the identity thing then it shuts down the connection.  I have tried it both directions.image.png

Sorry for the trouble there.

Could you confirm the Mac OS in use there, and if it's Catalina please reinstall LMI Pro to confirm that the correct screen sharing permissions are granted to our software?
