How do I cancel my subscription?

Please stop my billing and I dont want to pay it..and please change my account to trial

@GTC8083  You can request the automatic renewal be disabled on your account by contacting Customer Support directly:  https://support.logmeininc.com/central/help/how-do-i-contact-support 

 

** If you cannot find a local telephone number there, then use the 'Open Ticket' option to receive an email follow up from Support.

Please cancel my auto-renewal subscription, nobody is answering your phones!

Will somebody please contact me so I can cancel my subscription, why is this is hard, near to impossible?????
