I can't connect

Hello, I have a problem:

Every two or three days I have to restart the shared computer. I can't get to him. everything works fine after reboot.
Shared computer: WIndows 7

Have you already gone through a full re-install of the endpoint software on this Windows 7 PC? 

 

Was the install set up by a user with full admin rights?

Yes. This problem happened several times on other computers. Now it works fine. This one windows 7 computer has a problem. I will temporaily another computer because the user wants to kill me ;).
