I cannot blank the screen or disable keyboard/mouse control on the host computer (Windows 10)

I have installed LogMeIn on a Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit computer. I am able to connect to the computer remotely and do everything I need to, but I cannot blank the screen or disable keyboard/mouse control (even after successfully installing the DPMS updates).

 

The computer has two user accounts. Not sure if this has anything to do with it. Any suggestions?
