Welcome to the Community and thank you for your question!

If you enter your username and password or access code incorrectly too many times, your IP address will be locked out.

Note:
In order to clear an IP lockout, you need to have physical access to the computer that you were trying to control.

If you are unable to physically get to the host computer, the default lockout will remain in effect for 30 minutes.  After 30 minutes, the IP lockout will automatically clear.

Windows:

We have created a how-to video covering this process in Windows: http://lmine.ws/aj5W46

  1. Click the LogMeIn systray icon and click Open LogMeIn.
  2. Click Options on the left-hand side of the Toolkit window.
  3. Under Preferences and Security, click Preferences.
  4. Click the Security tab at the top of the Toolkit window.
  5. Click the Show Details button under Authentication Attack Blocker.
  6. Select the IP address you wish to unblock and click the Unblock button.

Mac:

Re: I've been temporary disabled after too many login attempts.. How long does this take?

I am using OS X 10.7.5

Trying to follow instructions

Mac:

We have created a how-to video covering this process in  Mac OS X: http://lmine.ws/b8LqkR

  1. Click the LogMeIn Icon in the Finder bar and click Open LogMeIn...
  2. Click Options in the left menu.
  3. Click Preferences.
  4. Click the Security lock button at the top of the Toolkit window.
  5. Select Authentication attack blocker.
  6. Click Unblock all.

Under PREFERENCES I don't see a lock button.  I see DoS and Authentication Attack Blocker both of which show no blocked IP yet I cannot login without seeing IP Blocked Message.

Help please ...

It would be nice if this actually worked, but it appears to have no effect.  Going back to the source computer shows the same problem continues, despite "reset all"
