LogmeIn Is lagging and patchy

Hi,  Our staff use LogmeIn for their jobs, almost every day there is a complain of being patchy and slow. For example they cannot use the Designing software when they try to remote in with LogmeIn. ...

      OS High Sierra, Version 10.13.6.
