Our staff use LogmeIn for their jobs, almost every day there is a complain of being patchy and slow. For example they cannot use the Designing software when they try to remote in with LogmeIn.
As an IT assistant, I need some recommendations, because I am new to this product.
What are the main reasons of being slow? What should I check of try to fix?
I'm having this problem as well.
