Multi-monitor issue

 

 

I have a mac host with two monitors. I have a PC client with two monitors. The client shows two monitors in the options and i have been clicking back and forth to work between the two screens...but only on one monitor. I cannot get both host monitors to show up on both client monitors. Support says it supposed to do this automatically, but I cannot get both monitors to show up on my two monitors simultaneously...at all.

 

Logmein software on both machines is up to date. When I enable both monitors, I get just one long screen,on one monitor, not on both. The ctrl-left and right arrows also don't do anything. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

Currently the multi-monitor feature works in Windows <-> Windows scenarios only.

I am working in Windows (10) and I have the same problem.  It has worked previously in Win 7.

Any projection on when the multi-monitor will be supported for Macs?

Multi-monitor works in the most recent logmein for mac client
