    So it turns out, there were 2 installers - one for XP service pack 2 and XP service pack 3. A friend just tried installing the SP2 installer on SP3  and it didn't work. The SP3 installer did work. FYI.

    Hello, Friends!  My office computer runs XP and I need to log into it remotely and print. Can anyone advise if the Log Me In for windows XP sucessfully remote prints?  And which version of Log Me In would I need on the local connection, if I'm not running XP there?  Will it still work with different versions of software of the remote vs local computer?  Any advise is much appreciated!       Same here
      I need the logmein installer for WinXP SP3.
      Since I mistakenly upgraded LogMeIn to its current version I get the same message as others -- i.e. no internet.
      Please help!

      I have an installer that worked under Vista. It did install under XP SP2, but does not work under XP SP2 giving an error that may indicate that it requires SP3. The error says: "The procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll" and may disappear in SP3. I can email it to you. I still need SP2 version for myself.

        I wasn't able to get this to work... good luck. If SP3 does work for you please let me know. Presently I'm downloading to a windows 10 PC with logmein . have the user walk a jump drive over to the XP PC and install this way. Thanks

        Hello suan ,

         

        The  google drive link is still active and you can download the installer for the LogMeInIgnition.

        I also want to confirm here that this installer works with XP SP3. I had SP2 before and it was throwing an error after installation. After installing SP3 service pack it works beautifully.
