I'm a little lost as to why this happens. I have a user that is using a cloud scheduling app to complete tasks in her work. At times she will complain about spinning (taking a long time once she clicks on something). If I log on to her computer using LogMeIn, it is immediately fixed. I then stay logged in and minimize the session, otherwise if I log out, the problem will come back...
Any clue????
@shetldar Do you know if this scheduling app utilizes any local shared folders that may have previously been set up within LMI Pro?
I don't believe so but is there a setting in LMI that I can see that??
When you're in Detailed Mode: Computer Settings > Shared Resources
Otherwise I'm not sure what would cause the sudden change in behavior there. Perhaps the local PC changes ports when LMI connects or some other LAN preference. It might be a good test to uninstall LMI completely, and see if this affects the system behavior...
