Text printing upside down when using remote printing

Hello,

 

I've got a customer complaining that some Excel spreadsheets, when he prints remotely, the text shows upside down. It seems to happen only with Excel, when he prints from Outlook it's ok.

 

He uses an HP LaserJect P3015n on the client machine.

 

Any ideas?
