connectivy issues

I am constantly being disconnected  from host. HELP.    Mac (big sur) connecting to windows 10 host.   Been having connectivity issues for about 2 weeks, but It’s unbearable today.  Can stay only online about 30 seconds.   Anyone have thoughts.  I have run malware, rebooted both routers.  I’m losing my mind and I need to get work done

    jfd1  I apologize for the difficulty there.  Unfortunately I don't know of any issues that would cause that behavior.  If you've already tested different clients on the same network, are you able to gather local log files and send them to Customer Support?
