iPad client scroll rate adjustment, windows 10 window resize

Two things are torturous with LMI. 

1. On an iPad Pro 12.9, the scroll rate js far too fast, and is very diffucult to control. Could you add a speed/rate adjustment to the ios client?

2. Trying to "grab and drag" a window, or resize a column is extremely difficult. I try to double tap ten, twenty times trying to grab and cannot quite get it. I position the mouse cursor using the little mouse till the cursor changes to arrows, then try to push the left mouse button and drag, and nothing happens.

Is there a gesture I'm missing to do this easily?
