"Your session has timed out or the host went offline during your connection attempt"

Hello, who can help me with this problem I keep having?

When I'm using LogMeIn there are time when I get this error:

 

"Your session has timed out or the host went offline during your connection attempt" and I'm stuck unable to get back into the system. I'm often using the remote desktop function and it will freeze and be unable to reconnect. Then I get this error. Or just out of nowhere I get this error. I am using Mac 10.14.1

 

Thank you. I am good with computers, believe me, but this is an odd error. Is there someone I can call?

Hi @officeadmin  ,

Sorry for the connection difficulties there.

Is this issue affecting more than one host location?  If so, have you already restarted that PC and checked it's LAN connection?
