service stopped

in my logmein hamachi web portal, one of my clients is a red dot, instead of a green dot.

 

When I go to that client, and start hamachi, I get an error that says "service stopped" in a box labeled "hamach self-diagnosis"

If I hit the start button, it seems to try to start for a second, and then comes up with "service stopped" again

 

What do I need to do?

i found some similar threads.

on about the 5th try, one said to manually start the hamachi tunnelling service.

I did this and hamachi started. and seems to be working.

Will see if it keeps working.

@bigcanuknaz1  With odd behavior like that, it never hurts to perform a full re-install on the problem client PC.
