When remoting into a client's PC and attempting to load a third party app for them the admin logon dialog pops up. They can see this but I cannot, my screen locks up until the dialog times out, is there a way around this as remote installs are a major part of my support.

This may be due to the level of permissions granted to LogMeIn when your clients connect for the first time. When running at the service level, you should have full access to admin rights.
