Didn't receive a remote access prompt

When I click to Launch Remote Control Session or Launch Desktop Control Session or Restart Applet as system service or Request Unattended Access,  On the other side End User didn't get any POP-UP message(See the image). When I change the laptop it works fine and there is no network issue.

Can you tell us what operating system your using, and if there are any security applications that may be blocking some communications?

It is Window 10 OS. The user gets the POP-UP message and he clicks on OK. When the user disconnected and again we Launch remote control session, we didn't get the user screen on the remote control (Shows the message Remote control ended on the chatbox and connecting )

@Malyap  Just to reiterate here, it sounds like you are launching the Rescue session the same way on both of your PCs, but only one of them triggers the right permissions when connecting to the same client? 

 

Have you done any troubleshooting on the problem PC like performing a full re-install with the correct admin profile?
