I cannot type in my screen.

Hello I was wondering if anyone could help me? I am using a chrome book. I was able to log on with no problem, I was able to type my password, From there I have to type my password into the dental software to log in. I am able to click the cursor in the line which never blinks and from there I can not type. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thank you so much in advance. Hope everyone is safe.

Hi Geri,
I'm having exactly the same problem, got the new Chrome laptop and when I get to the main screen (remotely) I cannot type anything.
I noticed there were no answer to your query on here, but hoping you might have found a solution (if any) elsewhere. Could you give me some advice, please?

I'm sorry to report that this is expected behavior, based upon our system requirements for remote control.  We'll let you know if Chrome OS is supported in the future.
