Setting up Unattended Access to Samsung mobile Android devices via LogMeIn Rescue + Mobile License

Is there a link or good walkthrough to help us set-up  LogMeIn Rescue+ Mobile Unattended access to Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 tabs.

 

We bought in solution after speaking to LogMeIn and reading marketing thinking this was all completely possible. I believe it involves Samsung GoToAssist Remote Support App - but will we be able to use & instigate access from within LogMeIn? Are active Knox licenses required?

 

Need to deliver this functionality to client this week now so please clear instructions or an in-house LMI step-by-step guide would be greatly appreciated.

 

Are there any potential problems or bugs to look out for?  Please relay any relevant related links. I didn't get any search results on Android unattended access so hopefully this topic will be helpful to others as well.

Sorry, there may be some confusion with regards to Unattended access to Android OS, as this is currently only offered with GoToAssist Remote Support services.  Rescue works slightly differently than G2A, so you may want to checkout the visual guide for a better understanding: https://www.logmeinrescue.com/remote-support-features/mobile-support
