Unable to connect to Mac's using LogeMeIn Rescue Unattended Support

As of late, I am UNABLE to CONNECT to Mac's I have previosuly setup and succesfully connected via Unattended Access with LogMeIn Rescue.  A lot of my client computers, including my test Mac have the LogMeIn Rescue Unattanded Access login icon on the menu bar greyed out.  What is going on NOW and how long can we expect this to be down?

Any update on this?  I called technical support last week to report the issue, spent a good 2 hours on the phone troublehsooting with an agent.  I was promised a called back the following day and no call back.  This is really frustrating as I have have to go through another system in order to help my Mac clients who I've previously set-up Unattended Access.  --Octavio

I am sorry for the frustration.

 

During your troubleshooting, did you fully reinstall Rescue on one of the problem Macs before rebooting and retesting?

Do you know if this started happening after the Macs received system updates from Apple?
