help me plz!!

I am having a connection problem via relay / encapsulation transmitted, I have been having this problem for a few months and no video tutorial so far has helped me.

Meredith85  Sorry, could you elaborate on your issue a little bit more?  Exactly where is the failure taking place?  What's the user experience like?  Have you done anything to troubleshoot yet?
