Auto Enrolment issue

Hi Team,


We have an exe which is the logmein installer and it installs it without the need for a username and password.

We are upgrading from Windows 10 1607 to 1803 and now the installer won't connect, we need to manually set it up.


As we have this as part of our deployment task sequence, we are trying to resolve the issue as it is meant to be zero touch.


Does anyone know why this would occur?
